Yes, the image links don't work but I hope they will at some point. Also, when adding a new vehicle the options to select year/make/model are grayed out there is also (currently) no way to edit this info later. I also added a new tag and was hit with a $60 reload instead of $20 I assume it reloaded $20 per tag as it was my third car (and someone else commented elsewhere their reload was $80). No tolls since their upgrade began have posted. On Monday, I noticed transactions were not sorted at all they skipped from October back to September then to November and back to October with no rhyme or reason, but today it's sorting properly. I get the delete confirmation window but proceeding does nothing. I found vehicles I previously deleted had returned (tagless, at least) but I cannot delete them. Other than the color and that it makes me look like I’m from Dallas, no regrets. Finally followed the suggestions here to try NTTA. I’m sure I could have gotten that waived but I was very annoyed by then. But when I tried to get new tags online, they wanted me to pay for them. So what I assumed were monthly statements for my account which was on autopay, was toll bills that I wasn’t opening and hence not paying. Of course I didn’t know they had deactivated pretty much all accounts. It is important you call the TxTag Customer Service Center at 88 to determine affected devices and request your new tag(s) prior to deactivation to prevent billing issues with other toll authorities.” The tags affected are sticker tags in the range of TEX.00000000 and TEX.00507735. ![]() These upgrades will cause some of our TxTag devices to become deactivated beginning December 1, 2019. “In an ongoing effort to maintain the highest level of service to our customers, we are upgrading the TxTag tolling system. Obviously not driving much but got tired of TxTag. Maybe they are aware of the issue? Maybe they'll just add them later and it will still be screwed up? Who knows with TxTag. I am excited to see which local news investigative reporting team will cover it first. (maybe it is just me, maybe it is everyone?)
