I also got PU's over Great Britain, Spain, Portugal, Denmark and I also have a Valois on Sweden's and Russia's throne but I probably won't be able to integrate them by the end of the game. I became HRE emperor early on, passed all reforms, expanded empire South and East up until Russia and Constantinopole. I was kinda joking to myself that I am going to PU the entire Europe. Maybe not random luck, but I decided to play a mainly diplomatic France game lat week. I was just extremely lucky and the stars aligned perfectly. The others claimed that I had planned it all along, but I had no idea. So with both pu's under my arms, I was called in a defensive war against France, calling in my pu's aragon, naples, burgundy and Austria, England. On top of that, the France player didn't see that coming and didn't peace out with Burgundy when they had the chance. So when I enforced peace on Naples, naturally I took both Naples and a Burgundy that integrated the lowlands. And because of this Burgundy for some magical reason was out of the original war so Holland could not take anything. Burgundian Inheritance fired and Naples became the overlord of Burgundy. The war wasn't going so good and Holland asked from France to declare war on Burgundy, separately, to help him with the war effort. So I declared war on Naples with Holland on my side and naturally everyone from the ai side steamrolled Holland.Īt this point I should say, honestly, I forgot about Burgundian Inheritance. Naples was allied only with Burgundy so I asked from Holland for help, for him to take something out of Burgundy. I got the iberian wedding without having naples under me, so from a mission (I think) I got a pu cb for naples. I was playing as Castile, the others as France, Holland and the Mamluks. Maybe both.Īnyways, my story begins in an MP game with some friends. I don't know if I should call it lucky or extremely well timed.
